OUR FOUNDERS
Ira specializes in creating youth mentoring and fatherhood accountability programs. He has also experienced success in using sports to teach youth conflict resolution, manhood training and building healthy relationships
within families and communities. Ira became a licensed minister in 2009. In January 2017, he was officially promoted by his overseers, Senior Pastor Darrell Jackson and Associate Willie Mae Jackson of Bible Way Church, to Founding Pastor of Pure Dominion Ministries. Along with his wife and a team of servant leaders they focus on: teaching and demonstrating God’s Word, leadership training and outreach to advance the Kingdom of God. Pastor White is passionate about cultivating young men and transitioning families from crisis to self-sufficiency thereby changing the culture of communities.
Pastor Ira is married to Nicole Spain White and has 3 children, Osric, Ivory-Alexandria, and Amaryah.
Nicole is the founder of Life of EXCELLENCE, a coaching company that serves the Southeast cultivating the abundant life within participants. She specializes in changing mindsets while increasing the capacity for success in marriages and business relationships. Nicole was called to the ministry in 1998 and is an ordained elder. She was officially promoted by her overseers, Senior Pastor Darrell Jackson and Associate Pastor Willie Mae Jackson of Bible Way Church, to Executive Pastor of Pure Dominion Ministries in January 2017. Along with her husband and a team of servant leaders they focus on: teaching and demonstrating God’s Word, leadership training and outreach to advance the Kingdom of God. In all that she does, she is mandated to impact families and communities by passionately teaching, advocating, and promoting the development of the inner man.
Pastor Nicole is married to Ira White and has 3 children, Osric, Ivory-Alexandria, and Amaryah.
